Three minutes, one useful lesson
Consider a visitor book left open at reception, an unexpected request for a customer's details or a suspicious email asking for an attachment. Each situation creates a chance to identify a safer next step.
Needle Quest includes privacy-learning scenarios about phishing, sharing, rights requests, vendor access, incidents and information retention. The interface explains why an answer is helpful instead of merely marking it right or wrong.
Progress without pressure
Learners can accumulate experience points, complete missions and return to previous lessons. Saved progress is separate for each signed-in user. Learning should be accessible and useful, not a competition over who gets the highest score.
Badges and XP measure learning participation. They are not a measure of organisational compliance and do not confer any regulatory certification.
Connect training to real work
The learning programme complements the compliance workspace. Organisations can use it to make people more aware of common privacy issues, while formal risk assessments, policy decisions and evidence reviews remain separate operational tasks.
For a wider understanding of those tasks, read our NDPA compliance overview.
