These terms govern access to Privacy Needle AI, a software service offered by Privacy Needle Solutions Limited. By using an account, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

What the service provides

The platform offers tools for privacy-readiness assessments, research, document drafting and compliance workflow management, subject to the features available to your account. Features and availability may change.

Professional and regulatory limitations

AI-generated content and self-assessment results are informational work products, not legal advice, a compliance certification or an official regulatory filing. They may be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for professional review, decisions and official filings. Privacy Needle Solutions Limited does not represent itself as an NDPC-licensed DPCO or as endorsed by the regulator.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, use only information you are authorised to process and respect other users' confidentiality and rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access, abuse service limits, distribute malware or use the platform unlawfully.

Plans and payments

Free features may be used subject to applicable limits. Pro is advertised at ₦10,449 per organisation per month for Nigeria and US$19.99 internationally, but paid subscriptions are not currently available for purchase. Displayed prices do not constitute a completed subscription. Payment, renewal, cancellation, tax and refund conditions will be disclosed before checkout is activated. Professional DPCO services and regulatory fees are separate.

Your content

You remain responsible for documents, inputs and other content submitted through your account, including obtaining necessary authority and notices. You grant the permissions needed to process that content to provide the service, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

Service reliability and changes

We aim to operate the service securely and reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may restrict activities that threaten security, violate these terms or breach applicable law.

Applicable law and questions

These terms are governed by applicable Nigerian law, subject to mandatory consumer and data protection rights. Use the platform's available support channel for questions or service requests.
