Why we are building Privacy Needle AI
Smaller businesses may find privacy compliance confusing, while larger organisations frequently coordinate policies, registers, assessments, documents and consultant reviews across different teams. Our product aims to bring those workflows into a simpler interface.
We are starting with the Nigerian data protection context. The platform combines educational guidance, structured self-assessments, AI-assisted document drafting, operational records and an evolving audit-to-DPCO coordination workflow.
What our software is—and is not
Privacy Needle AI is a software workspace. Automated findings reflect the information users provide and may require independent checking. A high completion score does not prove legal compliance.
We do not claim that the platform is endorsed, certified or operated by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. We do not claim a DPCO licence for Privacy Needle Solutions Limited. Where professional review or filing is necessary, clients must use appropriately licensed practitioners and the official regulatory process.
Our approach to customer trust
We believe privacy software should be transparent about the information it processes, the limits of AI-generated material and the role of human reviewers. Production handling of confidential client evidence must satisfy identity verification, storage security, access control and incident-response requirements before general availability.
